Things to do to improve your health!

I am writing this blog because of all the high school friends I am losing to cancer and disease (And any of you who are over 50 and even younger)
Too many of us are getting sick and dying! This is so sad and some of it, I believe, is preventable.

There are many things we can do to keep ourselves healthy. Let’s please make an effort. Most of you know this, but just in case you don’t, here are just a few suggestions.  I challenge you to do just five of these. FOR YOUR HEALTH and for your loved ones sake, please try and do just 5 of the following.

1. Ten minutes of sunshine and fresh air a day at minimum per day.
2. Do not Eat GMO, processed, packaged foods, sugar etc. Fresh and natural is always best, when in doubt. Organic is best!
3. Find a anti-inflammatory product to help fight inflammation. (Crux of diseases) I take protandim from Lifevantage.
4. Exercise (even ten minutes in the park or woods, in nature a day will do a tremendous amount of good!
5. Meditate, qigong, martial arts, yoga, subliminal music to help de-stress you, very important.
6. Limit dairy, gluten, sugar (it causes inflammation)
7. Don’t carry your cell phones on you. Keep them 5 or 6 feet away and never sleep with it near your head at night. Causes cancer and effects your magnetic and energy field.
8. If you crave flour and sugar, check to see if you have candida (huge undetected epidemic) I believe it causes cancer.
9. Avoid all medications as much as possible! (Side effects are worse than disease)
10. Find the underlying cause of your disease or issue (there is always one, at least)
11. Essential oils and or flower essence truly help so many things. (try them)
12. Don’t ignore symptoms, it’s your body trying to tell you something!
13. Try other holistic practice such as acupuncture, massage, chiropractor, body and emotion code, reiki, biofeedback, Bowen therapy, brain integration, herbs, Crystal therapy, vitamins. Whatever works for you, just try something else besides listening to doctors wanting to cut you open and medicate you! That doesn’t find the underlying issue! All diseases have an underlying issue!
14. Avoid aspartame, (kills ants) , sodas, artificial sweeteners.
15. Drink lots of water (most of us are dehydrated) 2 cups of water to replace one cup of tea, coffee or soda)
16. Cleanse your colon at least once a year.
17. Take probiotics
18. A little coconut oil, goes a long way. Kills fungus, bacteria. Put it on toast, coffee, tea, on skin! Does a body good!

Ok, Hope this helps! This is coming from someone who has been through several severe, head injuries, which totally incapacitated me.  A hospice nurse, who has seen it all. Someone, who had a severe candida systemic problem which almost killed me, had many other colon and immune system problems all my life. Lots of trapped trauma and emotions! By trial and error I learned this and cured myself on my own. Doctors never helped. They told me I would never be the same after the head injuries and would not be able to work again. Please don’t let anyone every tell you this! Where there is a will, there is a way!  There are many other ways.  Please try them.
I take no medications and never have.(even after all the doctors prescribed them) I am 54 years old and feel better now than I have my entire life.  Please take care of you! Dying at this age is not the answer friends!!

  3. Rita, I just read your blog. And you are very smart and correct. I had a doctor who fixed my carpal tunnel with magnets 20 years ago. 3 other doctors wanted surgery but said most likely, I would not paint again. Arms perfect.
    This same doctor that used magnets told me the same things you JUST said. Almost word for word. Dr. Bobby told us on staff to only eat fresh or frozen fruits and veggies. Chicken free range or fish and if we had hamburger ground Chuck.
    This is so amazing 30 years later to hear the same thing.
